ny aq ta lame lagi..INSYAALLAH.....skrg evryweek aq akn g gym tuk dpt kn bdn cnie....aq nak fit !!tak nak gemok!!!tp tuk jd fit nmpak ktare dgn cpt kne bli mnatang nieh...

bole bli..bnde ni tuk bg tough...tp...harge dye pon tough...haha kat gym aq pegi tuh,hrge dye ny sbotol RM280!!!!mane aq na cekao duet doh....??mane?harge dye tu je same dgn aq keje 6 ari bai...aq na cube jd prhatian owg..aq na owg pndang aq fit n tough,bukan gemok...tp ta dpt2 ag..aq pon bodo gak..nak fit tp buad keje bodo..pepeham la..lalki kn..mner la tahan...hahaha...tp 1 day t aq na jd gak cm si batista ny!!!cner pon kne gak jdik!!bhgian first aq na bsakn chest nan tangn aq..cre2 dye(antrenye je la)




atas tu smue contoh2 care na bsakan chest n tngan yg slalu aq buat kat gym...bwah ni pulak struktur-struktur muscle yg ad pda bdn manusia(lelaki je kot)

haaa...da nmpak????k la aq na chow...t ad lagi mase aq tlis lg k...chow...
